New Works

New Works was founded by Nikolaj Meier and Knut Bendik Humlevik based on the desire to establish a design house where design comes to life with consideration and where there is room for creative experiments - a place for new works.

The New Works collection presents a fusion between old and new, light and dark, design and art. Their work pays tribute to the strong Scandinavian history of craftsmanship and materiality, while at the same time challenging contemporary forms.

New Works collaborates with an international group of renowned designers and artisans, all of whom exhibit a fascination for sculptural forms and genuine materials.
